PURCHASING PROCESS

   

Before your first purchase, you need to register in our webshop by simply clicking on the Register button and filling out

the necessary information. By registering at this site, you allow Inter-Max Kft. to register and handle your

information based on the order of the LXIII. Hungarian law from 1992, and to send you information regarding its products

and offers in the future. You acknowledge that you gave your consent voluntarily and for an indefinite time under the

condition that you might revoke it at any given time.

After registration, by clicking on the Sign in button and providing your Username and Password, the system will log

you on into our webshop.

To order the selected product, after selecting the right size, you need to click on the Add to cart icon, found at the

detailed description of the product. By doing so, the product is going to move to your shopping cart. After that you can

choose whether you would like to continue shopping or to purchase the selected product and proceed to pay.

By clicking on the Add to cart at the top of the page, you can see the item you selected or delete them from your cart.

You may put any number of products into your shopping cart, you might also order more from the exact same product.

You can use the shopping cart function without logging in to our webshop, but you can only order once you register and

log in to our system.

To see your selected items, you need to click on  the Add to cart function. Click on the Payment icon and then you can

check and modify the billing and delivery information and select the payment method.  You might provide different billing

and delivery addresses. You need to pay electronically with a bank card, which payment will go through the Hungarian

CIB Bank system.

By clicking on the Payment button, you can finalize your order.

We would like to inform you that the displayed prices include taxes as well. Inter-Max Kft. pays careful

attention in displaying the prices, however certain technical or clerical mistakes might occur. Thus, we would like to call

our customers’ attention that if clerical mistakes occur, Inter-Max Kft. is not accountable in providing the offer.

When receiving your order, we automatically notify you through email and the system is going to start processing

your order right after it. We are going to process the orders only until the products are in stock. We are going to notify you

in an email if any of the products cannot be delivered due to being out of stock. Such orders will be automatically deleted

from our system.

DELIVERY

   

GLS Hungary delivers your orders to your home or workplace. (We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses).

GLS Hungary delivers each workday between 8 am and 5 pm to the provided address without any special notifications. Thus, please provide a mailing address where you will be available during the day. Please provide your phone number when you fill in your information so that in case of need, GLS Hungary can contact you. Within the territory of Hungary, products that are on stock are delivered within about 3-8 days.

Regardless of the weight of the products, the delivery cost of the order is 1300 HUF + VAT (1625 HUF) within the entire territory of Hungary .

In case of ordering from abroad, please, contact our Service Department about delivery cost. .

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS

   

Within 8 days from the receipt of the product, you are eligible to cancel your purchase without providing any reasons and

allowed to return the product in its original, unharmed condition with the copy of the recipt or a return letter.

The return address is: Inter-Max Kft., 4025 Debrecen, Nyugati u. 5-7.. Any postal costs related to

such returns are covered by the customer. Inter-Max Kft. has the right to require the customer to cover

any damage-originated expenses.

In case of exchanging products, please write your new order (name of product, color, size, quantity) on the back of

the return letter, which we will register under our original conditions and will deliver the new item without any

delivery fees. In case of exchange request, we are going to send you the new product after we have received it.

If you don’t fill out the order form, then we are going to send you back the price of the product to your address or

to the provided bank account number. Inter-Max Kft. has to return the entire sum of the price the latest

within 30 days after the return.

The exchange of those products that have been ordered under specific conditions or seasonal purchase discounts are

considered under the following rules: The customer is eligible to choose an exact same product under the original

discount deal, however if the customer chooses a product that is different from the original one that s/he first ordered,

s/he cannot apply the original discount under which s/he first ordered the original product.

WARRANTY

   

Any requests regarding warranty need to be addressed directly to Inter-Max Kft. at one of its availabilities.

Any concerns regarding the quality of the product can be communicated within 6 months after the purchase.

The warranty claim can be verified with the shopping receipt. Damages originated from improper use are not covered

by the warranty. If the product that you purchased is damaged and the damages occurred before the receipt of

the product, we are going to change your product free of charge. To deal with customer complaints regarding the

products, the standard to be followed is the section regarding how to deal with customer complaints from

the Code of Civil Law.

   

BANK CARD PAYMENT

     

Our eStore is offering its consumers secure bank card payment provided by CIB Bank. The security relies on the separation of data. With the use of the system the eStore receives only the quantity of the ordered commodity and the delivery address from the consumer, while CIB Bank the card data on a 128-bit SSL secured payment page. The eStore will not be informed about the payment-side data content, they are accessible for CIB Bank only. The bank will inform the eStore if the transaction was successful or not. Your internet-browser must support SSL encryption to use bank card payment solution.

Payment steps

1. On the page of the eStore you select the goods/services, for which you intend to pay with your bank card.
2. Following that you’re redirected to the webpage of CIB Bank guaranteeing secure payment, where you have to enter your card data to begin the payment.
3. Following this, you’re redirected to CIB Bank’s page guaranteeing secure payment, where you have to enter your card data to start the payment process.
4. Following the payment, you’re directed back to the Store page, where you receive a confirmation about the result of the payment.

In the case of bankcard payments, following the successful transaction – this means the approval after the expiry date of the bank card and the coverage are controlled – CIB Bank debits the account of the Card Holder with the countervalue of the goods/services.

If you’re not directed back from the payment page to the Store’s website, the transaction qualifies as unsuccessful. If you click on the „Back” of „Refresh” buttons of the browser on the bank’s payment page, or close the browser window before you could be redirected to the store, the payment will qualify as unsuccessful.
