·         My email address is already taken, what should I do?

·         I found items in my shopping cart after sign in, what should I do?

You put these items into your shopping cart at your previous visit and after signing in again the system put them into

your shopping cart.

·         I did not recieve an email confirmation about my order, is my order valid?

·         My email address/telephone number/address changed, what should I do?

By clicking on the change information function you can modify your data.

·         How much does the delivery cost?

Regardless of the weight of the products, the delivery cost of the order is 1300 HUF + VAT (1560 HUF) within the entire territory of Hungary.

In case of ordering from abroad, please, contact our Service Department about delivery cost.

·         How long does the delivery process take?

Products that are on stock are delivered within about 3-8 days.

·         Is it possible to modify my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to modify your order.

·         Is it possible to add a new product to my previous order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to add a new product to your previous order.

·         How can I change or complete my delivery address?

Changes in the delivery address can be made by phone, mail or e-mail.

·         Is it possible to return a product which I have already purchased?

We guarantee to take back the products within 8 days after recieving them, as long as they are new and in unused

condition. Products which didn’t fulfill your expectations please send back to the address of Inter-Max Kft.

on your costs, together with the completed Returns receipt.

·         When do I get the refund for the returned product?

The refund for the returned product will be paid within 30 days after recieving the product.

·         Is it possible to recieve the refund to my bank account?

Yes, it is possible. If you give us your bank account number on the returns receipt, we will transfer the refund to your

bank account.

·         Is it possible to have a discount for ordering a larger amount of items?

At present it is only possible to get a discount within a current special offer as long as it refers to a discount.

·         Is it possible to get a package with priority? (shorter delivery time)

It is not possible, we don’t take scheduled deliveries.

·         Is it possible to exchange products with compensation?

Yes, it is possible to exchange products with compensation.

·         When can I reach the Customer Service Department?

The opening hours of the Customer Service Department are: 10.00 - 17.00 (on work days).

·         I can not sign in to the webshop, I have no user name and password yet. What should I do?

You can give your user name and password at your registration, and after that you can sign in to our webshop.

·         I can not order from the webshop because I have no user name and password. What should I do?

It is only possible to order from our webshop with a user name and a password. If you have no user name and

password, you can give them at your registration and after signing in you can place your order.

·         Is it safe to shop on jeansteria.hu?

Between the customer and our webshop’s server we use a secure sockets layer (SSL) to encrypt data transmissions.

Therefore we can secure the safety of personal data, user names and passwords.

·         I have a problem signing in, what should I do?

If you see an error message after giving the user name and the password, saying that the user name or the password

is incorrect, then first please make sure that the user name and the password are the ones you gave at the

registration. In case both the user name and the password are correct and the problem still exists, please contact our

Customer Service Department.
